RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. After this, returns will not be accepted. Approved returns will be issued store credit only and can only be sent to the email/account with the order. When your return is successful, you will see the credit on your account.

CANCELLATIONS

If your order was cancelled without your permission, we suggest you contact your bank of payment. If we cancelled your order, you have been refunded, this can take up to 10 business days to be returned to you, depending on your financial institution.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed on weekdays, during high traffic, processing times on orders may be longer, you will receive a tracking code when your item is ready to be shipped.
